We pride ourselves on the sincerity of our values and that is why each of our care packages are bespoke and personally tailored to each individual's needs.

The main focus of HELPING HANDS - 5 TOWNS is for you to feel completely safe and have absolute confidence in the care that we provide - that is why we will never send a stranger to your home!

INCLUDED IN OUR PERSONALISED CARE AND SUPPORT PACKAGES is the luxury of having your very own small team of Personal Assistants that are assigned to you. This will bring the added comfort of familiarity and companionship as you get to know each one of your carers on a more personal and friendly basis.

 

For your extra peace of mind we are registered with The CQC and our PA's will complete at least 11 areas of training that are relevant to the service's that we provide. 

All of our team members are required to hold a DBS certificate.
